  1. Thats not going to give you bball handles. It will increase grip strength but you need to dribble to get a feel. Try actually dribbling – like doing drills and also putting your ball in plastic bag. Thats fine for strength but you also need to develop feel and rhythm which can only be done by practice. Good technique for strength but there is a reason us dribblers have to dribble daily or all the time. No short cuts to a handle.

    Also, much of basketball dribbling isnt about applying pressure/gripping/squeezing the ball but rather applying force downward through the fingers and controlling the rhythm, direction, and force of the ball.

  2. It's interesting that she used the word "genetic" to describe jumping and landing tendencies/habits/mechanics.
    Most of those are developed as we grow and use our bodies. But I get what she means. It's usually a combination of developed/genetic causes.

  3. Nick, not a hater. Lol. Let your hips drop down when you bend your knees, youre getting low because you're bending over at the waist, try to use your legs to get you low. Compare yourself to Tre before hes tired. Both of you guys are imoroving. Big ups.
